(**) For a given image size, the Edition size is the maximum number of prints that will be produced by our studio in that size. Prints are numbered, for example (24x36 prints): 1/15, 2/15, 3/15 ... when the edition number reaches 15/15 for an image, we will no longer issue 24x36 prints of that image. This is a common art world practice that insures your prints remain scarce and exclusive. Our edition sizes are smaller than most. (***) Exact price rises depending on how many have sold in the edition. Except for a small number of images (which are marked accordingly), most prints are at the starting price. (****) Print Only prices exclude framing, matting or mounting. Additional Frame Price depends on framing options. If considering a framed print, always contact us to discuss, since each frame will be custom-made to your preferences. As we recognize that you have not seen the print prior to purchase, we will refund you fully and without questions for any print returned in new condition within a full year. Replacement guarantee: We ship hundreds of prints each year without problems. We will replace at no charge any print damaged in transit. We will replace at a nominal price any print damaged by your framer or yourself. Lifetime fade-free guarantee: Our museum-grade prints, using archival paper and inks, are expected to last at least a century. We will replace at no charge any prints displayed in normal conditions which have faded during the lifetime of the original owner. Each print is hand-signed by QT Luong. The image will have a border around it so that the print size will be slightly larger than the listed image size. By default, prints are captioned with location and year, signed and numbered by hand in that border. You can matte the print with or without the inscriptions, since they are not in the image area. If you prefer, the print can be signed elsewhere or not at all. Personalized inscriptions are also possible. Preparation time is normally around a week for unframed prints, except when QT Luong is traveling, or for some large prints/orders that may take two weeks. Faster express orders are possible: we have on occasion delivered signed prints overnight. Prints are on semi-gloss paper. This offers the best balance between glossiness and absence of reflexions. We can print upon request on other materials such as canvas and glossy papers, and in Black and White or Sepia. Due to operating system and screen differences, and sometimes more elaborate image preparation done prior to printing, there might be color and lightness variations between the image you saw on the web and the print.
