The Orchidaceae are the most diverse group of flowering plants on this planet. The variations in their size, shape, color, fragrance, and growth habit are simply incredible. But that is not all, with the human inclination to improve nature, thousands of orchid hybrids are created and propagated. Species or hybrids, the orchids are interesting plants to cultivate and equally elegant subjects for photography.
