		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the informational write-up, QT.  My wife and I went up there on Monday (4/23) which may have been this year&#039;s peak run-off.  It was an awesome experience which made me &quot;whoop&quot; in pure joy.  

The trail on the west side was well marked with cairns and not hard to follow.  It took a 57 year old couple (me with two fake hips) a bit over an hour to get there. So glad you suggested the raingear and fleece, it was very necessary. Only spent about 20 minutes at the amphitheatre, in full sun fortunately at 11am, although the contrasts were a bit harsh. Hiking sticks definitely help on the steep descent.]]></description>
