Reno is the second largest city in Nevada. Known as "The Biggest Little City in the World", its boom was due to Nevada's legalization of gambling in 1931, and the adoption of liberal divorce laws. Reno became the gambling capital of he US, before the rise of Las Vegas in the 50s.
